Welcome and thank you for visiting MyToySmart! We are a family owned business located in Oyster Bay, New York. My dream was realized when we published our site in 2005. Looking back, I can see how far we have come. We started with about 30 products and operated out of our garage. We now stock over 1500 products in our warehouse.
Our customers are our first priority. We answer emails quickly and our toll-free number is available 7 days a week. It is easy to call us if you have any questions or if would prefer to place your order over the phone. Our phone lines are open Monday thru Friday 8am to 12am EST and Saturday and Sunday 9am to 9pm EST.
We package your orders quickly and with care and even enclose a small gift. Your orders are usually shipped within 24 hours. If we receive your order by 1:30pm EST, we can usually ship the same day.
In addition to our small staff, we are supervised by a very vocal and opinionated office manager, Digit, our resident African Gray Parrot. I bring him to the office almost every day. He enjoys the attention and his crazy noises and comments give us lots of laughs! When we're on the phone, we often have to explain the sirens, whistles and strange conversations.
