Orders that are shipped outside of New York are not charged sales tax. How will my order be shipped? At My Toy Smart we have chosen UPS as our ground shipping carrier. UPS is extremely reliable and provides excellent shipment tracking. They are also the only carrier to guarantee the delivery date. When you checkout, your order shipping charge is determined by UPS according to the package weight and destination zip code. We realize that the cost of shipping has gone up dramatically and want to assure you that we never charge additional shipping or handling fees. Our Packing Slips do not include item prices or totals. If you would prefer an invoice that shows this information, please let us know in the Shopping Cart Comment Box. How are gift orders shipped? We never include item prices on our packing slips. When we receive your order we will change the shipping method to United States Postal Mail. UPS does not deliver to P.O.Boxes. What is your return policy? Our products come with a 30-day money back guarantee. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, we will replace the item or refund your money. Please contact us for return instructions. A replacement will be sent or your money will be refunded when your order is received at our warehouse. My Toy Smart will pay the ground shipping cost to return the item. All merchandise must be returned in the original packaging. Returns on Non-Defective Merchandise We will accept returns for 30 days after the order date. Any merchandise returned must be in the original, unopened package and in "new" ready to sell condition. Plastic wrap must be intact and tags still attached. We reserve the right to determine if an item is in sellable condition. If it is not, we will determine if a refund is to be given. Please include the order number. Orders that qualified for free shipping will have the actual cost of shipping the item to you deducted from your refund. Shipping charges are not refundable and merchandise will be returned at the customers expense. We do not accept COD packages. In addition, merchandise that was shipped directly from the manufacturer may be charged a restocking fee. This fee is determined by the manufacturer and is generally 15% to 20%. Delivery Refusal If an order is refused for any reason other than damage, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, including the return shipping cost. Please advise gift recipients that a package will be arriving, so that delivery is not refused. Can my order be canceled? If you call to cancel your order before it has been shipped there is no problem! We will refund your payment and shipping costs immediately. Can I cancel an order that has already been shipped?
